1. Strategic Leadership - Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. - Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and position Chicilon ahead of industry shifts. - Partner with senior leadership to define commercial goals and strategic investments. 2. Sales Management - Lead and manage a nationwide sales force, including planning, resource allocation, and performance management. - Coach, mentor, and empower team leaders and sales professionals to exceed sales targets. - Implement modern sales processes and KPIs for transparency and operational efficiency. - Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, ensuring strong succession planning and organizational growth. 3. Client Relationship Management - Build and sustain long-term partnerships with strategic clients and key accounts. - Design and oversee customer engagement and retention programs. - Represent Chicilon Media in high-level negotiations with clients, agencies, and government bodies. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure business alignment and execution efficiency. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings and customer experience. - Regularly report business performance to the CEO and Board of Directors, proposing actionable insights and improvements.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Law, or related disciplines. - Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in senior or executive sales leadership roles within large-scale organizations. Demonstrated success in leading sizable sales teams and consistently driving revenue growth. - Industry Expertise: Strong background in B2B media, advertising, or enterprise sales, with an established network of senior decision-makers. - Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market insight. - Proven leadership and ability to manage and motivate cross-cultural teams. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - High adaptability, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.
