As a Sales Director, you act as the chief “architect” designing the company’s comprehensive growth roadmap. This is a strategic leadership role that bridges Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, driving the expansion of Savvycom’s global ecosystem, optimizing revenue streams, and strengthening our international brand presence. Job Description To achieve breakthrough growth, the Sales Director will focus on four key pillars: 1. Strategic Leadership - Own and drive revenue targets (quota) while building long-term business strategies for IT Outsourcing services - Develop and execute market entry strategies for key international markets 2. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to define business objectives and optimize Sales team performance - Align cross-functional resources to maximize operational efficiency 3. Leadership & Enablement - Lead, inspire, and manage performance across Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams - Foster a professional, high-performance culture with a strong entrepreneurial mindset 4. Customer Experience Optimization - Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients (Key Accounts) - Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from market entry to account expansion

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales/Marketing/Growth, including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles (experience in multinational corporations or large technology companies) - Expertise: Strong understanding of P&L management, strategic thinking, and exceptional negotiation skills at an international level - Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or MBA; fluent in English as a primary working language - Attributes: High integrity, decisiveness, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure to achieve ambitious goals
