Vietsin Commercial Complex Development JSC (VCCD) was established in 2010 as a joint venture between Saigon Co.op, widely recognized as Vietnam’s top retailer and one of Asia Pacific’s top 500 retailers and Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, internationally known as Singapore’s leading real estate company.
