Sales Business Development
1. Selling Food and Flavor Ingredients - Operate Food and Flavor sales for assigned customers and areas. - Respond to customer requirements and build strong relationships with key and high-potential clients. - Prepare price offerings based on company pricing structure and obtain management approval. Expected Results: - Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. - Secure regular projects with high annual purchase potential. - Obtain customer feedback for continuous product improvement. - Ensure profitable sales aligned with company standards and guidelines. 2. Reporting - Submit Food and Flavor requests and sample deliveries according to customer requirements. - Provide accurate customer feedback after sample submissions to adjust or improve products. - Follow up with customers on project progress. - Prepare sales reports and periodic sales forecasts for supervisors. - Monitor stock levels and handle purchase orders with supervisor approval. Expected Results: - Effective communication between customers and suppliers. - Smooth coordination until products meet customer requirements. - No dead stock or slow-moving stock. - Accurate sales forecasts and business trend insights to support marketing strategies. 3. Compliance with Company Rules & Regulations - Understand and follow company policies to deliver quality products with timely delivery. - Maintain professional conduct as a company representative. - Comply with company quality and supply standards. 4. Self-Development - Coordinate with suppliers to gather information based on customer inquiries. - Develop and deliver customer presentations with supplier support materials. - Attend training programs to improve work efficiency. Expected Results: - Enhanced skills, knowledge, and experience in flavor products and market applications. 5. Other Duties - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field. Professional Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including 1–2 years in a sales role.
