About this opportunity: As a Senior Sales Executive at Varmeta, you will be pivotal in leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-motivated and proactive individual capable of identifying and developing new business opportunities from various sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, and independent research. Key Responsibilities: - Represent our services and products professionally in client meetings, whether virtual (most of the time) or in-person. - Identify new markets, potential clients, and business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers. - Build your pipelines - Negotiate agreement terms (costs, timelines, scope) and close sales. - Monitor project deliveries closely.

- At least 3 years of sales experience in the software industry or ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) - Passionate sales mindset, 24/7 support - Capable of selling software outsourcing services. - Able to work autonomously in the automotive industry. - Eager to learn and adapt to new technical terminology. - Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong communication skills for international clients.
