Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and acquiring job opportunities from various job boards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly within the HR or recruitment sector, and a keen interest in developing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and contact potential business clients through various channels to acquire job postings. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. - Present Aniday’s value proposition and services effectively to potential clients. - Promote Aniday’s full suite of services, including headhunting and payroll solutions, to new clients. - Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), specifically focusing on the number of acquired jobs - Regularly report on business development activities, progress, and results

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or technology sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Basic understanding of the recruitment process and HR services.
