About the Role Aniday connects companies with a network of 50,000+ headhunting partners across Southeast Asia. As an Account Manager, you own the full client relationship from post-BD handoff through successful placement — understanding each client’s hiring profile, managing the headhunter-client interface, and making sure the right candidates get in front of the right people. You’ll manage a portfolio of 20+ active clients simultaneously. This role suits someone who can context-switch quickly, read client dynamics well, and operate with minimal oversight. - Own assigned client accounts end-to-end: understand hiring needs, maintain regular touchpoints, and drive placement outcomes - Ensure all candidates submitted to clients meet quality and role-fit standards - Consult clients on hiring strategy, role requirements, and candidate expectations based on market reality - Build strong working relationships with headhunting partners to mobilize the right people for each job - Track pipeline status across all active roles and proactively flag risks or blockers - Coordinate with the CS team to offload admin and scheduling tasks, keeping your focus on relationships and quality - Identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts where relevant
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, recruitment, or a client-facing role at a tech company or HR/staffing firm - Able to manage 20+ accounts simultaneously without losing quality or responsiveness - Strong judgment on candidate-job fit: comfortable reviewing CVs and making approve/reject calls independently - Clear communicator in Vietnamese; working English for client and partner communication - Self-directed: tracks own pipeline, follows up without being reminded, flags issues early
