職務概要
- To assist the Offices in the execution of all administrative tasks - To be responsible for inventory/purchasing of stationery/asset, in charge of post office and general delivery tasks - Process expense reports and administrative documentation. Take and distribute meeting minutes if need. Provide translation in Vietnamese-English-Russian as required - Input data of accounting department and update databases - In particular, you will be required to assist in the setting up of the Document Database and in the entry of data into the database and for the maintenance thereof - Booking of all kinds- hotels/transportation/flights etc. - Booking rooms, preparing documents for the Board Meeting and other Meetings required - Helping in document keeping, petty cash, invoicing process and collecting cash if need - Support to complete all paperwork relating to visa, work pertmit or related documents for expats - Other tasks as required
必要なスキルと経験
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role - Proven experience in document management and administrative support - Russian language proficiency at C1 level - English language proficiency at C1 level - Vietnamese language proficiency at C2 level - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Bachelor's degree - Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents - Experience in organizing corporate events.
