A career platform and network of passionate, ambitious and experienced individuals who are navigating their career relaunch journeys. Many of our members are women who are returning to work after a career break from parental leave or sabbatical and we want to enable them to reach their career potential as leaders in their fields.
We currently work closely with organisations in Technology, Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Institutes of Higher Learning (e.g. Mannheim Business School) and others to access a hidden talent pool of experienced professionals through our &ahead Global Network and support their employees/members who are interested to relaunch their careers and take on leadership roles. By partnering with organisations to develop their Corporate Relaunch programs such as the Fitch CreditPath, we enable individuals who are returning to work after a break to have a soft landing.
Through our yearly Lead Together Career Relaunch Forums and Workshops, we bring together companies and mentors who are senior leaders within their organisations (such as SAP, Fitch, Cosnova, BioNTech etc) to support our members who are looking at their career next steps.
Our members gain access to resources such as personal branding, confidence building, career direction clarity, future of work and digitisation upskilling, career search strategy, contract negotiations, communications skills development, mentoring and more through our network of professional coaches, executive search consultants and talent management executives.
In 2021, we were awarded a grant from Germany’s Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate Affairs to develop an AI Driven recommendations platform for Career Relaunchers.
We are proud to be the finalist in the Atos Deutsche Bank Female Fintech Competition in 2019. &ahead (Proftrack) is also selected to be part of WeWork Labs & is a graduate of Founder Institute - one of the world's largest pre-seed start up accelerator.
