Welcome to Aniday’s products and services! Our products and services (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our") are provided through channels that include but are not limited to the website www.aniday.com, the Aniday application, mini apps, and any other new forms that may arise in the future.

To protect your privacy and personal data, as well as enhance your user experience, Aniday has developed this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and national standards. This Privacy Policy applies to all services that we provide to you, regardless of whether you access Aniday services via computers, mobile devices, or any other devices.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1) Essential Functions and Required Personal Information

When you use the core services or essential features provided by Aniday, we will collect the corresponding necessary personal information according to the following features:

  1. Account Registration and Login When you register or log in to Aniday, you are required to provide your phone number or email address for identity verification. (If you refuse to provide this information, we may not be able to offer certain features such as posting, application, etc.)

  2. Online Profile For job seekers: After successful registration, you need to complete your online profile (publicly visible), including setting an avatar, filling in your name, gender, job hunting role, work start date, year of birth, strengths, work experience (company name, industry, duration, position, job description, skill tags, achievements, department), project experience (project name, role, project duration, description, achievements, links), education (school, degree, major, study duration, campus activities, thesis), certificates, social media links, job preferences (desired job types, city, position, interests, salary expectation, industry), and job search status. These details help us connect you with suitable jobs and introduce you to potential employers. Your personal contact information (such as phone number, email, ID) will not be shared with other users unless you allow or initiate the exchange.
    Note: If you proactively view a job posting and start a chat or apply to that job, your previously hidden profile will become visible to the respective employer.

(2) Optional Features and Non-Mandatory Personal Information

When you use optional or advanced services on Aniday, we will collect associated non-mandatory information tied to those features:

  1. Employer Identity Verification Employers (including recruitment agencies and headhunters) are required to verify their identity and real person status before posting jobs. You must provide true identification details (full name, citizen ID number) and company information (company name, position, work email) to prove authenticity and safeguard the rights of job seekers. First-time companies posting on Aniday need to provide a business license and authorization documents. Recruitment agencies recruiting on behalf of others must provide additional credentials and business licenses for legal verification.

  2. Job Application Submission For job seekers: Before applying for a job, you may need to upload an attachment (CV, video or audio recording). Aniday will forward your application to employers or their corporate emails. You can choose to use Aniday's resume editor and decide if you want to hide your phone number in the attachments.

  3. Nearby Job Search and Location-Based Services When you use features like searching for nearby jobs, entering your work/home address (you should only provide up to street/block level, not full address), verifying employer addresses, posting or editing jobs, or chatting, we may collect your location to deliver relevant job or recruitment services. With your consent, we collect location information (e.g., city, district) only as necessary to provide these services. If you deny access, you may enter job locations manually, though this will not affect other location-independent features.

  4. Algorithm and Automated Decision Making We may use collected data to optimize algorithm models and continuously improve recommendations. This data is not used for any other unrelated purposes.

    • For job seekers, we use your profile, job preferences, and activity logs to suggest relevant jobs and employers.

    • For employers, we use company details, activity logs, applicants’ profiles, location, and other granted information to recommend suitable candidates.

  5. For search features, we collect your search keywords and analyze your search history to provide better-matched results.

  6. Online Payment When you purchase value-added services (credits, virtual items, etc.), payments are processed via third-party providers. We receive your order ID and transaction result from these providers, and need to share necessary purchase and payment information to complete your transaction.

  7. Online Chat When chatting on Aniday, you may exchange contact details or attachments at your discretion. Employers with company emails can receive attachments via email. The chat may include voice/video calls or sending voice messages, which require microphone/camera permissions. Audio data is used to convert speech to text and facilitate communication.

  8. Interview Scheduling When scheduling interviews, if the other party accepts a phone or onsite interview, your phone number will be shared for communication purposes. If a video interview is chosen, both parties must enable camera and microphone access, and relevant media data will be collected temporarily for the session.

  9. Direct Hiring Services If you use Aniday's direct hiring services as an employer, we verify you are at least 18 years old using your ID information. If not, we cannot provide this service.

  10. Job Safety and Quality Assurance To ensure your and other users’ safety and improve our services, we may collect:

    • Contact and identity information (phone number, ID, chat history, etc.)

    • Extra verification when suspicious activity is detected (ID, supporting documents)

    • Location for fraud prevention and relationship verification if you permit access

    • Device information, IP, MAC, network logs, actions, and sensor info

    • Usage logs for better service quality

    • Full identity verification may be required for financial transactions

  11. Information Tag Display We may display your online status, approximate location, and recent activity to employers to improve connections. Actual locations are generalized, not precise.

  12. AI Tools You can access AI-powered features from Aniday or accredited third parties (e.g., automatic CV generation, career advice). We will always inform you in advance how your data is handled.

  13. Online CV You can edit and store your resume on Aniday.com.

  14. Other Regulations

    • Clipboard Access: We access your clipboard only when you use copy/note/share functions.

    • Image/Video Thumbnails: Only thumbnails are accessed during upload, not stored unless you submit them.

    • Calendar Management: With your permission, interview dates can be added to your calendar.

    • Calls: Calling features require your permission to access your phone.

    • Notifications: We may send notifications about your account, security, usage experience, or job matches.

    • Auto-fill: With your consent, saved information is auto-filled for forms or document verification.

    • Statistics/Research: Data is further anonymized and only used for market research purposes.

    • Machine Learning: Anonymized data may be used for AI training, always securely and confidentially.

 

(3) System Permissions

You can choose to grant or revoke permissions (location, camera, microphone, files, etc.). Disabling a permission will stop data collection for that function.

(4) Exceptions Not Requiring Consent

In certain cases involving national security, public services, legal requests, or other legitimate interests, Aniday may collect or process your information without additional consent as allowed by law.

3. Data Storage & Protection

  • Data Storage: Your data is stored domestically or internationally, only as long as necessary to operate services and fulfill legal obligations.

  • Privacy: Upon account deletion or retention period expiry, your information will be deleted or anonymized.

  • Security: We use SSL, encryption, and access controls to protect your data against unauthorized access. Our staff receive regular data protection training.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, edit, or delete your personal information, request data export, or have your data erased/hidden if you no longer wish to use our services. If you require assistance, please contact Aniday's Customer Support.

5. Underage Users & Deceased Users

Aniday does not intentionally collect data from users under 16 years old. If misuse is detected, we will take action as prescribed by law.

Relatives of deceased users may contact Aniday to access, back up, or delete information, unless the user left specific other wishes.

6. Policy Updates

We will inform you of major changes to this Privacy Policy via in-app notice, email, or SMS. If you disagree, you may discontinue use or request a temporary account lock.
