Relationship Management Communications
- Oversee the operation and VIP customer management - Responsible for transactions, new additions and asset accumulation data of major customers - Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs - Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation
- At least 1-2 years in VIP customer management - Preferable in exchange, Web3 industry major customer (VIP) operation experience - Proficient in Korean and English or Chinese can be used as business communication - Good in communication and responsive
