- Manage and control all FESCO sales activities in the Malaysia market. - Develop and maintain direct relationships with customers, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics partners. - Communicate with customers and report directly to FESCO/DBF Vietnam. - Analyze the existing database, pipeline, and market intelligence to identify business opportunities. - Research and develop new leads for CIF and FOB cargo flows. - Identify and secure new potential volumes within Southeast Asia (SEA). - Explore potential logistics and infrastructure projects related to regional shipping expansion. - Support the QEL sales team in joint commercial initiatives. - Represent FESCO in government meetings, official events, and industry networking sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in shipping lines, freight forwarding, or logistics. - Strong understanding of SEA container trade, CIF/FOB terms, and port operations. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and coordinate remotely with teams in Vietnam and Russia. - Analytical thinking with experience in sales reporting and market research. - Fluent in English;
