Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm

- Payment Partnership Development • Identify, connect, and develop relationships with payment gateways, PSPs, and payment partners. • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with payment- related stakeholders. • Negotiate partnership/commercial models and cooperation terms. - Payment Research & Model Development • Research emerging payment models and market trends. • Analyze the market, competitors, and payment ecosystem. • Propose suitable payment strategies aligned with business objectives. • Explore models related to PSPs and payment infrastructure. - Internal Collaboration & Implementation • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, and Tech teams during payment partner integration projects. • Coordinate with PM and Operations teams throughout the gateway onboarding process. • Support planning and execution for initiatives related to payment expansion. - Business Analysis & Reporting • Monitor partnership effectiveness and overall business performance. • Prepare proposals, business plans, and strategic recommendations. • Identify growth opportunities and operational optimization initiatives.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Fintech/Payment-related roles. - Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. - Good understanding of payment gateways, PSPs, or the fintech ecosystem. - Strong business mindset and analytical thinking. - Ability to work independently and collaborate cross- functionally. - Strong communication skills in English.
