- Strategic: Organizational structure, span of control, store staffing models, and talent risks. Headcount plans, and people analytics to country leadership and Thailand HQ on a regular cadence. - HR Policy, Governance & Compliance: Design, document, and roll out the full suite of HR policies, SOPs, and Employee Handbook aligned with Indonesian labor law (UU Cipta Kerja, Manpower Law, BPJS, PP 35/36) and Minor Food global standards. - Payroll, Time Attendance & OT Management (Hands-On): Solid knowledge of the payroll cycle for back-office and store employees, including PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, and statutory benefits. • Implement and manage a robust time attendance system integrated with store rosters — shift management, leave, absence tracking, and exception handling. • Design and enforce overtime (OT) governance — policy, approval workflow, cost monitoring, and analytics to keep OT cost-to-sales within target. • Continuously optimize payroll accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness. - Workforce & Recruitment Planning: Build the manpower planning model linking new store openings to recruitment lead times.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Law, or related field. - Strong knowledge & experience with Payroll, Time Attendance & OT Management (Hands-On) - 9–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR leadership role (HR Manager / Head of HR / HRBP Lead). - Proven experience in F&B (QSR / Casual Dining) or large-format Retail with multi-site with 500+ employees, 50+ outlets. - Demonstrated combination of strategic capability and strong hands-on delivery - must be comfortable setting direction with the BOD and personally running payroll, attendance systems, and recruitment drives. - Hands-on track record building HR from the ground up or scaling HR through rapid store expansion. - Deep working knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, and industrial relations. - Experience implementing or managing time attendance, shift rostering, and OT control systems in a multi-store environment. - Excellent command of spoken and written English. - Strong business acumen; able to link HR metrics to P&L and store-level economics. - High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Strong stakeholder management - comfortable with C-suite, store operators, and frontline crew alike. - Computer literacy in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Bahasa Indonesia native; willingness to travel to stores across Indonesia.
