- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across APAC markets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share - Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and regional partners - Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of software solutions and services - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to sharpen positioning and strategy - Represent Savvycom at industry events, conferences, and regional client meetings

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in the IT / ITO industry, with a clear track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets - Direct selling experience into APAC markets — Singapore, ANZ, or Japan - Fluent English; strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills - Solid understanding of IT outsourcing and software delivery service models
