- Target, pitch, and onboard large shippers; manage Requests for Proposal (RFP’s) tenders and convert them into regular contracts. - Build executive relationships at BCOs Freight Forwarders, run quarterly business reviews, and propose value-added services. - Work with procurement and pricing teams to prepare competitive quotations and follow up to maximize conversion. - Track market rates, carrier/co-loader services, airfreight schedules, and customer buying patterns. - Maintain CRM discipline, update pipeline stages, forecast volumes, and report weekly performance. - Ensure smooth handover to operations and resolve service issues impacting customer satisfaction.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Maritime, or related field. - 5+ years in liner commercial or BCO account roles. - Strong commercial modelling, tender management, and familiarity with CRM. - Fluent Mandarin and professional English. - Willingness to travel to ports and customer sites. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Strong communication and negotiation, customer focus, commercial awareness, discipline, time management and ability to work under pressure.
