- Identify, target, and convert clients with recurring FCL, LCL, and Airfreight needs (exports, imports, cross-trade). - Build long-term relationships, conduct regular visits, and grow volumes across assigned accounts. - Work with procurement and pricing teams to prepare competitive quotations and follow up to maximize conversion. - Track market rates, carrier/co-loader services, airfreight schedules, and customer buying patterns. - Maintain CRM discipline, update pipeline stages, forecast volumes, and report weekly performance. - Ensure smooth handover to operations and resolve service issues impacting customer satisfaction.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Maritime, or related field - 4+ years in freight forwarding sales (FCL, LCL, or Airfreight) - Strong understanding of ocean and air export/import flows, carrier networks, co-loader services, and China trade dynamics - Proven track record in B2B sales, negotiation, and customer development - CRM discipline and strong communication skills - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a competitive market
