1. Senior Business Development & B2B Consulting - Lead the development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including: • Scientific research institutions, laboratories, institutes, and diagnostic centers • Biotech, medtech, healthcare enterprise • Medical media organizations and health education platforms - nalyze partner needs and advise on appropriate collaboration models within the LIFE AI ecosystem (LIFE Market, data platforms, research initiatives, and communication channels). 2. End-to-End Partner & Product Listing Leadership (Through MOU Execution) - The candidate is expected to own and lead the full collaboration process, including: • Medical and scientific evaluation of partner products/services: • Scientific validity and clinical credibility • Suitability for listing on LIFE Market • Practical application value and scalability potential • Direct collaboration with key partner and internal teams: • Research: • Review scientific foundations, research data, and clinical evidence • Product: • Define integration plans, operational processes, and implementation roadmaps • Communication: • Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with healthcare communication standards • Act as the central coordination point to: • Align on collaboration scope • Lead discussions on key commercial and strategic terms • Coordinate internal stakeholders to finalize and execute MOUs or partnership agreements 3. Partnership Management & Post-MOU Execution - Maintain senior-level relationships with partners after agreement execution. - Monitor implementation progress and resolve issues related to products, research, or communication. - Proactively propose strategic partnership expansions, including new products, research projects, or co-branded communication initiatives. 4. Leadership & Internal Advisory Role - Serve as a professional mentor and subject-matter advisor to junior BD/Consultant team members. - Contribute to the development of standardized B2B partnership frameworks for healthcare and biotech. - Provide strategic input to the Management Team regarding market trends and high- potential partners.
Educational & Professional Background - Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: • Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or Healthcare-related disciplines - Strong preference for candidates who: • Have a background as a medical doctor, pharmacist, or researcher • Or, have extensive experience working in specialized biotech or healthcare environments Experience - Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Partnerships, Consulting, or equivalent roles within healthcare or biotech. - Proven experience leading partnerships and executing MOUs or strategic agreements with medical, research, or enterprise partners. - Familiarity with multi-stakeholder collaboration models involving research, product, and communication teams.
