About the Role YFY Jupiter is the regional operation of YFY Group, a leading Taiwanese paper and packaging conglomerate. This role leads end-to-end supply chain management across the company's regional footprint — spanning procurement, logistics, vendor management, and supply chain resilience. The position functions as the control tower for cost and delivery performance, with equal weight on strategic planning and operational oversight. This is not a pure strategy or pure execution role — the right candidate will be comfortable designing long-term SC roadmaps while managing supplier escalations hands-on. Key Responsibilities - Analyze and continuously improve supply chain processes to drive cost efficiency and operational performance across the region - Act as the regional control tower — monitor market developments, track cost and delivery risks, and escalate crises proactively - Develop and implement long-term strategic supply chain plans aligned with business objectives - Oversee procurement of raw materials and services; negotiate contracts and manage supplier and vendor relationships across multiple markets - Use data and performance analytics to evaluate SC effectiveness and support executive-level decision-making - Lead and develop the supply chain team, ensuring cross-functional coordination and capability building
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, covering at least two of: procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand forecasting, or contract management - Background in manufacturing, paper/packaging, or industrial materials - Regional scope experience — managing supply chain across multiple markets within Asia - Business-level Mandarin Chinese proficiency (spoken and written) — required for corporate group communication - English proficiency: TOEIC 750+ or equivalent - Demonstrated leadership and team management experience - Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, or a related field
