- Internal Communications & Employee Engagement • Act as the key point of contact for internal communications, ensuring alignment and consistent information flow across departments • Design, implement, and continuously improve internal communication channels and practices • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration and company culture • Serve as a bridge between different functional teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals, updates, and expectations - Operations Management • Oversee and support the execution of existing operational processes across the organization • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that increase efficiency • Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and general administrative operations as needed - People & Culture Support • Partner with the HR team on employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives • Provide guidance and mentorship to a young, fast-growing team • Help embed company values and consistent standards of communication and collaboration across teams • Support performance and feedback processes in coordination with HR and leadership - Stakeholder & Cross-team Coordination • Work directly with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders across different business functions • Coordinate priorities and communication between teams and departments • Represent operations and people-related interests in cross-functional discussions and planning

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations, HR, People Operations, or related functions - Comfortable working in a young, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the maturity to guide and mentor a young team - Strong organizational skills and attention to process and detail - Good command of English (business communication level)
