Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the M Close Kit. - Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons (General Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery, Hepatobiliary-Pancreatic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology), hospital administrators, and procurement personnel. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training to surgical teams. - Provide clinical support during surgical procedures to ensure optimal product utilization and patient outcomes. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools. - Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to develop and implement promotional strategies. - Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and events.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Minimum of 2-4 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, with a strong focus on laparoscopic or minimally invasive surgical products. - Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biology, Marketing, or a related field is desirable. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons and hospital staff. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong clinical understanding of surgical procedures, particularly in abdominal and pelvic laparoscopy. - Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. - Proficiency in English and Filipino (verbal and written). - Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and occasionally to other regions.
