- Conduct in-depth market research across Latin America, gather local market data, industry trends and regulatory updates, support the team to develop tailored market entry strategies and annual sales plans, and implement localized branding and market development activities. - Develop and manage key local customers and distributors, build high-quality sales channels, optimize regional distributor networks to deliver regional sales targets. Oversee end-to-end order management including order coordination, progress tracking, delivery arrangement and after-sales support. - Collaborate closely with internal teams including production, logistics, operations and sales to ensure seamless order production, shipment and customs clearance, and maintain stable business execution. - Keep track of local market changes, industry policies and competitor activities; ensure full compliance of overseas operations with local legislation and corporate policies. Sustain long-term partnerships with local stakeholders and handle routine regional business matters. - Undertake other overseas sales assignments and ad-hoc tasks assigned by line management.
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, no restriction on major. - Language Skill: Fluent verbal and written Spanish or Portuguese for independent overseas business negotiation and daily communication. - Work Experience: Solid overseas sales experience with good understanding of international commercial practices. - Personal Competency: Mature professionalism, proven business development & negotiation skills and strong resilience under pressure. Willing to take regular domestic & overseas trips and long-term assignment in Latin America. - Male candidates

The first three years requires full-time overseas residency. After the business matures, the position can switch to travel-based model.
