We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Leader to drive business growth in the Japanese market. This role will be responsible for building client relationships, leading the sales team, and delivering revenue targets in IT services/solutions - Develop and execute sales strategies for the Japanese market - Identify, approach, and manage relationships with Japanese clients - Lead and mentor the sales/account team to achieve KPIs - Collaborate with delivery teams to create tailored proposals - Handle negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions - Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- 5+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development - Proven experience working with Japanese clients - Knowledge of IT outsourcing / offshore development - Strong leadership and team management skills - Japanese proficiency (N2+; N1 preferred) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
