With over 8 years of operation and development, and a team of young, talented, and bold individuals, TMZ is gradually building its own brands. Our vision is to become the world’s leading personalized gift company—a trusted destination where customers can find amazing gifts for anyone, on any occasion, throughout their lives. As our Technical Leader, you will drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of key projects while mentoring a growing team of engineers. You’ll balance hands-on technical leadership (60%) with people and project management (40%), ensuring that our technology not only scales but also empowers our teams to deliver at their best. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the technical roadmap aligned with business goals. - Lead architecture design for high-traffic systems (1M+ daily visits). - Review code, set engineering best practices, and ensure system reliability, security, and scalability. - Solve complex technical challenges in backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and integrations. - Collaborate with Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Stay updated with modern technologies and introduce tools/frameworks that increase team efficiency. - Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of software engineers and testers. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Operations, Business) to align priorities and manage expectations. - Oversee project delivery: set timelines, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

Must-Have Technical Skills - 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/architect role. - Strong expertise in backend development (Golang, Node.js, or similar), web technologies, and databases. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architectures. - Solid understanding of system design, microservices/mono-lith, and high-performance web applications. - Proven track record in building and maintaining large-scale platforms (preferably high-traffic systems). - Must-Have Leadership & Soft Skills - Strong people management skills: mentoring, coaching, performance feedback. - Effective stakeholder management and ability to align technical with business priorities. - Excellent communication: can translate complex tech into simple business impact. - Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects at once. - Growth mindset: eager to learn, adapt, and experiment.
