- Build and manage relationships with mid- and high-level decision-makers within government accounts, act as the primary owner for public sector projects, and achieve order and revenue targets. - Proactively gain insights into government policies, digitalization trends, and development directions in public sector industries. - Effectively present the business and technical value of ICT solutions tailored to government requirements and compliance frameworks. - Responsible for overall customer satisfaction, executive relationships, and long-term partnership with key government accounts. - Ensure a deep understanding of public sector procurement requirements, budgeting cycles, and market information. - Participate in public sector activities and ecosystem events to establish and strengthen brand presence. - Collaborate with pre-sales and bidding teams to identify opportunities, prepare tender responses, and secure sales targets. - Proactively drive new public sector sales and pipeline growth.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Strong sales experience (5+ years of experience), with a proven track record in ICT product sales and experience managing government/public sector accounts. - Master key communication points regarding public sector scenarios and support business development for strategic government named accounts. - Mastery of main products: server, storage, router, switch, wifi, security, etc. - Strong command of public sector scenario-based industry solutions (e.g., Smart Government, Safe City). - Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. - Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
