Sales Business Development Client Relations
- Own and drive international market expansion across assigned regions (Middle East, APAC, SEA, and others) - Build and manage a healthy pipeline — outbound outreach, lead qualification, and deal progression - Lead commercial conversations and close deals with both startup and enterprise clients - Convert inbound and warm leads efficiently; maintain a sharp focus on win rate and deal velocity - Coordinate with delivery, technical, and consulting teams to ensure proposals are credible and on-point - Act as a strategic bridge between client business needs and 724's technical capabilities - Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasts, and activity logs in the CRM - Represent 724SOFTWARE at international networking events and industry conferences
- 3+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in IT Outsourcing (ITO) or Staff Augmentation - Demonstrated ability to close and manage deals from $2,000 to six-figure contracts - Strong command of outbound sales channels: LinkedIn, Apollo, email sequencing, CRM tools - Excellent English communication — written and verbal (client-facing, non-negotiable) - Sales-first mindset: you think in pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue impact - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without hand-holding
