Operation Management Account Management Purchasing Order Processing
About the Role This is a hands-on operational role within the Total Order Management (TOM) function. Core daily work is SAP-based: processing orders, maintaining vendor data, generating delivery and billing documents, and tracking stock levels and supplier production timelines. You will work directly with suppliers and internal teams in a B2B manufacturing/trading environment. This is not an e-commerce or retail customer service role — experience in factory-facing or industrial trade operations is required. - SAP system maintenance + Vendor code creation and data maintenance + Create transaction relevant orders + Generate documents which are related to delivery. + Generate billing documents, such as invoice. - Monthly consolidate additional account expenses and ensuring timely payment collection - Daily follow up demand forecast and stock level. - Working closely with supplier on production status
- 3+ years in order management, supply chain coordination, or operations within a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B trade company (NOT e-commerce customer service) - Hands-on SAP experience: actively processed purchase orders, sales orders, or billing documents - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP-level minimum) - Detail-oriented and disciplined — able to manage high documentation volumes without errors - Fluent English proficiency: TOEIC 700+ or equivalent
