Drive Business Growth - Expand revenue streams by identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. - Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. - Ensure commercial health through effective financial oversight, contract management, and governance. 2. Lead Client Partnerships - Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, building strong, long-term relationships. - Understand client priorities and technology roadmaps to position solutions that enable transformation. - Facilitate regular business reviews and strategic discussions to maintain alignment and foster growth. 3. Enable Strategic Partnerships - Strengthen collaboration with leading technology partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives. - Execute partner business plans and monitor performance against agreed objectives. - Maintain visibility of projects within partner ecosystems through proactive engagement. 4. Provide Leadership & Market Insight - Coordinate with global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs. - Offer thought leadership on emerging technologies and their impact on financial services. - Represent the organization at key industry events to enhance market presence and credibility.

- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or senior IT leadership - Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver transformative technology programs. - Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital transformation, digital banking, and emerging technologies - Commercial Acumen: Track record of developing and executing account strategies that drive revenue growth. - Executive Engagement: Skilled in building relationships with senior stakeholders - Network Advantage: Existing connections within Tier 1 Banking in Vietnam are plus
