Marketing Operations Live streaming
- Define and lead SVR’s advocacy and affiliate strategy in line with brand, product, and channel priorities. - Build and manage a high-quality ecosystem of KOLs, KOCs, creators, affiliates, and advocacy partners. - Lead advocacy and affiliate campaigns end-to-end, from planning and briefing to execution and performance tracking. - Partner with Brand, Social & Content, Digital, E-commerce, and Medical teams to ensure aligned and effective activations. - Improve creator and affiliate effectiveness through better partner selection, briefing quality, content direction, and incentive logic. - Track and optimize performance across content output, engagement quality, traffic, conversion, affiliate sales, and ROI. - Ensure all activities are aligned with brand guidelines, approved claims, and internal compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, advocacy, social commerce, or digital marketing. - Strong experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, health & beauty, or other relevant consumer categories preferred. - Proven ability to build and manage creator / affiliate ecosystems, not just run one-off campaigns. - Strong understanding of social-first content, creator dynamics, affiliate models, and platform-native activation. - Commercially minded, performance-oriented, and comfortable using data to improve results. - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across brand, content, digital, e- commerce, and external partners.
