- Own C&B end-to-end — salary bands, benefits, and equity/bonus structures that work for both our Vietnam team and international hires - Handle all HR admin and legal compliance — contracts, terminations, social insurance, PIT filings, and anything Vietnam Labor Law requires - Manage visa, work permit, and TRC processes for foreign employees — making sure nothing lapses and no one is caught off guard - Build and own HR processes designed for a remote-first, internationally distributed team across Vietnam, Singapore, Europe, and the US — not adapted from an office-first playbook - Run onboarding from offer letter to Day 90 — making sure every new hire, wherever they are, understands who we are and how we work from day one - Help build and maintain a strong remote-first culture across time zones — not through perks, but through how we communicate, how we hold each other accountable, and how we live our values day to day - Find and implement AI tools that remove manual HR work — onboarding workflows, documentation, policy Q&A, performance tracking — so you can spend your time on things that actually move the needle - Support recruitment as needed, especially for senior and international hires — this is not your primary job, but you will be in the room when it matters

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years of recruiting in a company that recruit across multiple countries or time zones (EU, US, Canada, Middle East) - Background in SaaS, EdTech, or other fast-scaling tech companies. - Deep knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, social insurance, and C&B structuring for both local and expat employees - Experienced across both startup and enterprise environments (~40 people) - Proven experience supporting or building remote-first or hybrid work cultures — not just theoretically, but structurally
