About Sybill: Based out of Silicon Valley, Sybill is a generative AI startup building an AI co-pilot for sales reps. We aim to pioneer a B2B recommendation engine to improve deal conversion rates with tailored, stage-specific advice. Our engine not only processes customer interactions, including non-verbal cues, but also automates administrative tasks like note-taking and email follow-ups. Underpinned by custom LLMs and behavior AI, our evolving knowledge database is central to Go-to-Market strategies, continuously learning from each deal. We have grown 17x in revenue since January and serve 300+ businesses today. We secured $3.5M+ in funding from reputable investors. Our agile team of around 15 is mainly situated in the San Francisco Bay Area and is committed to revolutionizing B2B customer interactions. We're currently in search of a Software Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. Along with software development, you will also be responsible for providing technical support for our AI-powered sales intelligence platform. It blends customer relations and full-stack engineering, making it key to the ongoing refinement of our core product and customer service experience. You'll work in close collaboration with our elite engineering team, which includes alumni from UCSD, Harvard, and Stanford and employees from Facebook, Google, Salesforce, and Moveworks. Among your colleagues are Soumyarka (a car enthusiast!), a member of the Forbes Tech Council, and Mehak (a Taylor Swift fan), a Harvard-trained machine learning specialist who has solved problems for GE. The Opportunity: We are looking for full-stack engineers passionate about interfacing with clients. They should also have a strong technical background, including experience working with Python, JavaScript (including frameworks such as React, Electron, etc.) and various NoSQL databases, familiarity with ML and AI, and experience working with AWS. The ideal candidate will also have communication and customer service skills, empathy, and ethical decision-making. Responsibilities: - Software Engineering: Develop, test, and maintain robust software solutions primarily using Python, JavaScript, MongoDB, focusing on performance, scalability, and responsiveness to front-end requests. - Advanced Technical Support - Offer in-depth technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting software engineering issues involving AWS services and full-stack applications, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Customer Feedback Documentation and Analysis: Systematically document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues, contributing to knowledge base articles, and providing insights for refining online documentation and product enhancements. - US/Pacific Time zone Support: Given that a majority of our clientele are US-based, you'll need to be available for at least 6 hours between 7 am PT to 6 pm PT.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (Electronics, Maths & Computing, Information technology) **If the person has done a Bachelor's only - their graduation date should be in or before 2021. **If the person has done a Master's degree - their graduation date should be in or before 2022 - Location: Based out of non-US geographies (LATAM, Australia, Eastern Europe and Asia) - 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, system administrator, or similar. - At least 1 year of experience in MongoDB/ NoSQL and Python - Proficiency in Python and JavaScript with contributions to production-ready systems - Working knowledge of ML and AI - Experience with AWS **Key competencies: JavaScript/ React/ Next/ __.js, AWS/Cloud/Backend - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
