You will lead our QA team and work with our engineering and product team to ensure our software and delivery quality. Below are some key responsibilities we expect of you: - First and foremost, you must be an excellent tester yourself! You are expected to get your hands dirty, work on the most complicated test scenarios, and be the role model for other members of the QA team - Own the test strategy and define test plan for each software release - Manage and estimate tasks for each release cycle - Test and lead QA team to test features - Investigate production effects, analyze root causes and define mitigation plan - Work with product team to understand features and provide early feedback
- Strong computer science foundation and knowledge of SDLC - Having 3+ years of professional experience in web-based software testing - Experience working with product-based companies or global IT companies - Excellent interpersonal and independent working skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - English proficiency: good at reading, writing
