I'm currently working in Vietnam as Career Counselor/Headhunter/Recruitment Consultant. The career has passed 10years at last in Vietnam, 7.5years in Saigon&3.5years in Hanoi. My main professional service is providing support to both those looking to recruit staff and those looking for new jobs. I introduce Vietnamese, Japanese and candidates from other nationalities who are currently living in Vietnam to my clients who are mainly Japanese companies or foreign-affiliated firms based in Vietnam. I offer a high quality services, including face-to-face consulting service for my clients and candidates. I invest time and effort to ensure I understand both my clients’ and candidates’ needs. In addition to providing expert information I also specialize in consulting services. Alongside my up to date information I offer face-to-face career advice services to my candidates and to my clients, I offer advice on the recruitment strategy. And in October 2019, we launches Grasp! Bangladesh at Dhaka, our main business in Bangla is Career Support & Career Counseling for Bangladeshi Engineer. In 2020, Japan Bangladesh Coders LTD. will be established jointly with a Bangladeshi partner and will start full-scale operations in April 2021.
