職務概要
Job Responsibilties - Support and coordinate automation projects from kickoff until machine delivery, FAT, SAT and buyoff activities. - Monitor project schedule, action items, technical progress and project status according to project plan. - Coordinate with mechanical, software, electrical, assembly, purchasing and customer teams for project execution. - Support technical discussion, meeting follow-up and communication with customers, suppliers and internal engineering teams. - Support machine setup, validation, troubleshooting and issue follow-up during assembly and machine testing activities. - Monitor project risks, open issues and corrective action progress to support project targets. - Prepare and maintain project documents including project schedule, meeting minutes, progress reports and technical records. - Support machine installation, startup and customer support activities when required. - Support continuous improvement activities for project execution efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher Major: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation and Industrial Engineering Work Experience - Scope of Work: Automation project coordination, machine assembly, validation, troubleshooting and project support activities. - Experience Year: Minimum 3 years experience in automation engineering, project coordination or machine integration. - Good coordination and communication skills - Knowledge in automation machine process and project execution - Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams - Knowledge in troubleshooting, issue follow-up and project documentation - Good English
