- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze trends in the shipping/logistics industry, specifically focusing on Vietnam-Russia and intra-Asia trade lanes. - Competitor Analysis: Track competitor pricing, schedules, and service offerings to benchmark FESCO’s position in the market. - Data Reporting: Consolidate internal sales data and external market data to create weekly/monthly dashboard reports (using Excel/PowerBI) for the Board of Directors. - Forecasting: Assist the commercial team in forecasting volume demand and suggesting pricing adjustments based on data trends.
- Experience: 2–4 years in Market Research, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis (Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Shipping line background). - Tech Stack: Mastery of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory. Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL is preferred. - Mindset: Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working with large datasets. - Language: Professional proficiency in English (Written/Spoken).
