Opportunity Discovery - Identify emerging genres, mechanics, and player behaviors before they become mainstream. - Discover market gaps that align with our studio's strengths. - Estimate market potential, benchmark CPI, and evaluate commercial opportunities. Concept Development - Create compelling game concepts supported by market data. - Build and maintain the studio's game idea pipeline for Greenlight reviews. - Present hooks, references, benchmarks, and growth potential for each concept. Validation - Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to validate concepts through hook and CPI testing. - Work closely with Game Designers to prepare prototype briefs. - Analyze test results and transform learnings into stronger future concepts. Success Metrics - High-quality game concepts generated each month - Concept-to-Greenlight conversion rate - Speed of identifying emerging market trends - Accuracy of market benchmarks and forecasts - Hook test and validation success rate
