Visual Development - Shape the art style for each game and the studio. - Design characters (like Mood) and their worlds. - Create playful, readable UI/UX art. Production - Produce 2D assets and basic animation. - Icons, screenshots, and store assets. - Keep quality and style consistent across games. UA Creative Support - Partner with the UA workshop on ad-ready art, video, and playables. - Iterate creatives on IPM / CTR signals. Pipeline & Direction - Standardize the art pipeline; use AI tools to move faster. - Set direction and mentor artists who join later. Success Metrics - Craft: Art Quality, Style Consistency - Speed: Asset Delivery, Iteration Time - Impact: Store CTR, Creative IPM
必要なスキルと経験
- 4+ years of 2D game art for mobile. - Strong stylized / casual portfolio. - Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent. - Basic animation (Spine or equivalent).
