- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6+ years of professional software or AI engineering experience, including recent hands-on experience delivering Generative AI applications to production. - Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, including system design, APIs, testing, debugging, and technical documentation. - Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and data-grounding techniques. - Experience designing agentic workflows with tool calling and at least one major AI framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent. - Experience with AI evaluation, error analysis, regression testing, tracing, and production monitoring. - Practical experience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, databases, and production observability. - Understanding of AI security risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, access control, and guardrails. - Practical knowledge of banking, fintech, payments, lending, risk, compliance, or another financial-services domain. - Experience leading or mentoring engineers, working with client stakeholders, and communicating effectively in English.
