Supplier Sourcing Covers & Packaging Procurement Chinese
- Team & Process Management: Assist in formulating departmental procurement policies and managing the purchasing team to ensure efficient operations. - Strategic Sourcing (Packaging): Responsible for the sourcing of packaging materials. Conduct market research to analyze raw material price trends and supply availability. - Supplier Management: Screen, evaluate, and select suppliers based on Price, Quality, Delivery (Lead time), and After-sales service. - Cost Control: Lead the negotiation process (Inquiry, Comparison, Bargaining) to optimize procurement costs without compromising quality. - Local Sourcing: Actively develop new local suppliers in Vietnam to localize the supply chain. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production and warehousing departments to ensure material availability.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is STRICTLY REQUIRED for internal communication. Vietnamese native speaker preferred. - Experience: • Minimum 5 years of comprehensive procurement experience. • At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. • Must have experience in purchasing Packaging Materials (Paper, Plastic, Films). - Skills: Strong negotiation capability, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.
• Monthly Salary: $2,000 - $2,800 USD (Negotiable based on experience). • Accommodation: Free dormitory provided on-site. • Meals: Daily meals provided in the company canteen. • Transportation: Shuttle bus service available between dormitory and factory.
