Execution Marketing Lead

職務概要

- Social Media & Content Execution — core of this role • Build the monthly social media plan across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and turn it into a working content calendar: angle, format, key message, and posting cadence. • Brief, produce, and publish content together with the in-house team, KOL/KOCs, freelancers, and production partners. • Translate product information (ingredients, benefits, usage) into simple, consumer-friendly content. • Track content performance weekly and adjust the plan based on results. - Campaign & Channel Execution • Execute integrated campaigns across Digital, Social, PR/KOL-KOC, and offline activations, following the agreed direction. • Keep messaging, visual identity, and brand tone consistent across all customer touchpoints. • Support E-commerce and Social Commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Livestream) with content, product visuals, and campaign assets for key sale periods. - Team & Partner Management • Manage day-to-day marketing spend within the approved budget. • Work closely with the agency and external partners — brief clearly, review deliverables, keep timelines on track. • Lead a small marketing team: set weekly priorities, assign work, review output, and unblock the team proactively.
