1. Creative Strategy & Direction - Define and lead the video-first creative strategy for paid digital campaigns - Develop scalable creative frameworks (hooks, angles, testing matrix) - Ensure all creative output is aligned with performance KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) - Translate campaign data into actionable creative improvements 2. Video-Focused Production Oversight - Oversee production of short-form performance videos (6–30s ads) - Ensure quality, speed, and consistency across creative assets - Provide direction on storytelling, pacing, editing style, and hook optimization 3. AI-Driven Creative Workflow - Integrate AI tools into content creation (video generation, scripting, visual enhancement, workflow automation) - Optimize production speed through AI-supported processes - Continuously experiment with new AI tools to improve scalability 4. Team Leadership & Management - Build, manage, and mentor a content team (video editors, designers, creators) - Set creative KPIs and workflow processes - Conduct regular creative reviews and performance feedback sessions - Manage creative pipeline and ensure fast turnaround for testing cycles 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Media Buyers to align creative testing strategy - Support scaling campaigns with data-backed creative iteration - Collaborate with Marketing/Product teams when required
- 5+ years experience in digital creative production, with strong focus on video ads - Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent) - Strong understanding of performance marketing & creative testing - Experience integrating AI tools into content workflows - Proven team management & leadership experience - Data-driven mindset and fast execution capability - Fluent English communication is a plus
