I am a counselling psychologist and therapist. I am currently working for the last two years in Delhi Public School Bangalore South as a Student Counsellor and Life Skills Trainer. I have over 5 years’ experience in counselling, organizing workshops, trainings on mental health and wellness. I am also the Co-Founder of Udgam- The Rise of Self launched in the year 2019, a wellness counselling and training center. I am a certified Counsellor for Counselling Children and Teenage from Prerna Academy and a certified Creative Art and Play facilitator and practitioner. I have also been practicing CBT and Solution Focused Brief Therapy after my certifications. I have successfully completed TA101 certificate from Sparsh Academy. I am also a NIMHANS Wellbeing Volunteer for the past 4 years and have organized various workshops and training programs with school, institutes and corporates. I am a blogger, podcaster and life skills trainer for the last one year. This year launched my own Podcast and got trained on Mindful Communication Technique (MBCT) and Positive Psychology. I recently completed 3 months certification course on Counselling in Schools from Madras University.I successfully completed the “ Entrepreneurship: Do Your Venture”, a Women Startup Program 3.0 by NSRCEL and IIMB. Certificates of Completion: 1. Certified in Psychological Tools and Techniques from ASHA, affiliated to ICPEM, American Psychological Association. 2. Participated in Regional Summit of School Principals on ‘Students- At Risk’- Identification, Prevention and Intervention organized by ICTRC. 3. Certified in National Workshop on Research Methodology in Psychological Issues from Department of Psychiatric Social Work from NIMHANS. 4.
