- Maintain and grow relationships with R. Stahl's existing wholesalers and distributors in Vietnam - Identify and acquire new distribution partners and end-client opportunities - Develop and execute the Vietnam sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets - Prepare quotations, proposals and technical-commercial presentations for distributors and clients - Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with distribution partners - Track pipeline, forecast, and report performance directly to the Managing Director in Singapore Represent R. Stahl at industry events and networking functions in Vietnam to build brand awareness
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Existing, active network with wholesalers and distributors of industrial or electrical equipment in Vietnam - Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within industrial, electrical or engineering equipment - Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and growing revenue through channel partners - Comfortable operating solo and autonomously - no local team, no local entity at launch - Fluent Vietnamese and working proficiency in English (reporting line is in Singapore) - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach
