- Plan, create, and schedule social media content; maintain consistent brand presence across platforms - Draft and send client-facing emails including product updates, release announcements, and educational content - Set up, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns; produce ad creatives and test copy and format variations - Report on paid campaign performance and recommend improvements - Update WordPress pages, landing pages, blog posts, and campaign pages - Support selected client website updates when required

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience covering social media, email marketing, Meta ads, and content creation - Proven track record running and optimising Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end: setup, creative testing, budget management, and performance review - Strong written English — client-facing emails and ad copy are core outputs of this role - Solid experience with WordPress (content updates, page edits, basic layout changes) - Proficient with Canva or similar tools to produce ad and social creatives independently - Comfortable owning recurring tasks without daily direction; able to flag issues and suggest improvements proactively - Background in software, SaaS, real estate, or B2B marketing - Available for overlap with Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
