After all, not everyone from the 7.125 billion living on this tiny planet gets to work on their dream job/project, and that's when people like me get to say "we're here to save the world". I posses a broad range of expertise in recruiting, staffing, compensation, sourcing, talent management and retention and employee relations. Over the years I have supported quite a few Fortune 500 clients finding talent to do their time critical projects and developments. Be it an accountant OR a C-level executive, I understand their Pain/Interest before sending them out to the workplace where they would fit and have always wanted to work. I believe in doing minimum daily things, the rule has always been like 'do a little all the time', rather than 'doing a lot sometimes', which had helped me in being consistent about the revenue I generate for my company(and for myself too). "What's the fun of doing things the same way?", that's what a 3/5 self sticker on my desk says. I support the other side of the debate which talks about 'not being a black-hole recruiter' and how successful a sales person would be if and only if they understand their prospect's needs in detail, rather than throwing their ball blindly.
