Over the years I have supported quite a few Fortune 500 clients finding talent to do their time critical projects and developments. Be it an accountant OR a C-level executive, I understand their Pain/Interest before sending them out to the workplace where they would fit and have always wanted to work. I believe in doing minimum daily things, the rule has always been like 'do a little all the time', rather than 'doing a lot sometimes', which had helped me in being consistent about the revenue I generate for my company(and for myself too). I support the other side of the debate which talks about 'not being a black-hole recruiter' and how successful a sales person would be if and only if they understand their prospect's needs in detail, rather than throwing their ball blindly.
