The Technical Support and Design Engineer for Automation will play a crucial role in providing technical support and designing cutting-edge automation solutions. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in technical support and design within the automation industry. 3. Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion control, and industrial robotics. 4. Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation systems (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. 7. Flexibility and willingness to travel globally as required for customer visits or project deployments. 8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Open to travel to multiple locations worldwide 10. Proficient in written & oral English, good command of mandarin/Chinese language will be an added advantage.
