Role Summary The Events Specialist plans and executes all events for KNI group clients, including school open days and admissions events for ACVN, community and launch events for Genki House, and corporate events for KNI Holdings. Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and execute all events for KNI group clients — open days, community events, launches, conferences, corporate gatherings • Manage event logistics end to end: venue, suppliers, AV, catering, signage, staffing, and run-of-show • Develop event briefs and proposals in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and client contacts • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery • Coordinate with PR team on event communications, press invitations, and media coverage • Work with creative team on event branding, collateral, and promotional materials • Manage post-event reporting and evaluation • Build and maintain a supplier and venue contact network across HCMC and Lao Cai • Any work required within the relevant field required by the company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Events delivered on time, on budget, and to brief • Attendee satisfaction scores • Number of events successfully managed per quarter • Lead generation outcomes for ACVN events (enrolment enquiries) • Media and social media coverage of events
