Designer Marketing Digital Marketing Social Media Management
Role Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist manages the digital marketing presence and paid/organic campaigns for all KNI group clients, including social media management, paid advertising, email marketing, and digital analytics. Key Responsibilities - Manage the social media accounts of ACVN, Genki House, KNI Holdings, and other KNI group clients - Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, Zalo, YouTube, and other relevant platforms) - Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for KNI group clients - Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools - Work with Content Writers and Designers to brief and produce digital-first content - Manage community engagement across social media channels - Stay current with Vietnamese digital trends, platform changes, and audience behaviour - Optimise digital spend and campaign performance in real time - Contribute to SEO strategy alongside Content Writers - Any work required within the relevant field required by the company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Reach, engagement, and follower growth across all client social media accounts - Cost per lead and conversion rates from paid campaigns - Email open and click rates - Monthly digital performance report accuracy and timeliness - Enrolment enquiry volume generated through digital channels for ACVN
Requirements & Competencies - Minimum 4 years' digital marketing experience - Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Zalo Marketing - Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or equivalent) - Strong data analysis and reporting skills - Good Vietnamese and English content skills
