●​ Conduct an in-depth analysis of business processes and translate them into system requirements. ●​ Lead small-scale ERP implementation projects (small size projects), managing full cycles from discovery to deployment. ●​ Create detailed project documentation including functional specs, process flows, and data mappings. ●​ Provide expert recommendations on ERP best practices and business process optimization. ●​ Support system configuration, testing, and user training to ensure smooth implementation. ●​ Assist with data migration, integration, and validation throughout project phases. ●​ Coordinate project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders. ●​ Lead client workshops and deliver post-go-live support.
